I have been interested in Alternative Therapies and Holistic Healing since 1993, researched and studied many courses  to find out about my interests and spirituality. Throughout the years, I've learned Relaxation, Meditation, Yoga and their benefits on body and mind.
Energy Healing was another field of interest. I got my Master in Chios Healing and different method of Reiki such as: Usui Reiki, Imara Reiki, Elemental Reiki, Celtic Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Ma'heo'o reiki.

 Everybody of all ages should try it out and experience this new era of science.
